Open Bar Beverage Service
4 Hours. With this option, user pays in advance for alcohol served at a per guest fee. Beverage service will conclude 10 minutes prior to end of event. Combination beverage service plans consisting of Open Bar Service and Cash Bar option are available. For further details, please discuss these options with your event coordinator.
Miscellaneous
Under no circumstances may Renter bring any alcohol onto or into thepremises. This includes all areas of the building, patio, yard and parking lot.
For events with over 200 guests, or by request, a second bar may be added foran additional $150 fee.
No blender/mixed cocktails available.
Disposable drinkware, beverage napkins, tonic/club soda/cranberry and limesare included with all bar packages.
All beverages will be poured and served in cups provided by the facility.
Beverage package guest count and balance due will be finalized 14 days priorto event.
Prices include applicable sales tax.
Offerings are subject to availability and pricing; however, the City of Wyomingreserves the right to substitute/add other brands/types of alcohol.
Due to changes in the market, prices may vary from those stated.
Prices are guaranteed once Beverage Service Agreement is fully executed.
